The “SPHINX” project will be presented on July 13, 2021, during the event called “campaign day”. This project revolves around the world of wheat and a new method of making the supply chain. The project combines value, ethics, health, environment, economy and development with a single goal: to satisfy the increasingly demanding consumer of the third millennium.

There are many actors who are part of this project, including, and we are honored, our Sicilian Academy of Pasta.

The main objective is to build a system of data and information relating to raw materials, transformed products, processes and quality that will be certified and made available to consumers, through the blockchain methodology.

The different professional skills and experiences combined to create a single supply chain system will guarantee the success of the project.
