On Wednesday 22 December, the Academy presented the cooking courses for the year 2022 during the Showcooking event. After several organizations, the pasta taster courses are finally ready and we will soon set our calendar.

Telling you about our event, we were in a wonderful location “Porta d’Oro” home furnishings shop of unique and refined elegance, where the warmth and friendliness of the owners makes us feel immediately at home. Our courses will be taught by two exceptional chefs: Andrea Ruisi and Roberto Cascino. Experience, professionalism and friendliness will entertain our students with the aim of being able to recognize good pasta and then learn how to make it. The evening was enlivened by exceptional sponsors, the wines of the Tenuta Tasca, the sauces from the Feudo Chibòfarm by Alessandra Gioia, the artisanal Frolsi panettone and pasta Sicilia naturalmente.
