PURCHASING PROCESS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CATERING OFFERS, LEISURE, ACCOMMODATION, TRANSPORT
The discipline of withdrawal provided for in articles 64-67 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (so-called Consumer Code) relating to the rules set up to protect consumers in the event of contracts negotiated outside commercial premises or stipulated at a distance, is excluded for Offers relating to tourism, catering and leisure services for to which Cose Srl is an intermediary, pursuant to art. 55 of the same decree: “Art. 55. Exclusions 1. The right of withdrawal provided for in articles 64 and following, as well as articles 52 and 53 and paragraph 1 of article 54 do not apply: (omissis) b) to contracts of provision of services relating to accommodation, transport, catering, leisure, when at the time of the conclusion of the contract the professional undertakes to provide these services on a specific date or in a pre-established period. “
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR ALL OTHER OFFERS
For all Offers other than those indicated above, Consumers can withdraw from the purchase contract within ten working days, without any penalty and without specifying the reasons, as established by articles 64 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), provided that the products to be returned are intact, complete with the original packaging and label, as well as the packaging used for shipping. A withdrawal after the use of the product is not possible. In cases where the purchase has resulted in the receipt of a product at your home, the right of withdrawal must be exercised directly at the operator who made the shipment.
The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Cose Srl and its Partners ascertain the use, even partial, of the goods and any consumables, the lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging, the absence of integral elements of the product, the damage to the product for reasons other than its transport. Customers who purchase with a VAT number or who are not identifiable as consumers cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
METHOD OF EXECUTION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Until the certificate of receipt by the Operator, the shipment is under the full responsibility of the consumer; Cose Srl and the Partners are not liable in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Return costs are borne by the consumer. Without prejudice to any restoration costs for damages ascertained to the original packaging, Cose Srl will reimburse the consumer the full amount already paid, in the shortest possible time and in any case not later than 30 days from the return of the goods, by means of the cancellation procedure of the amount charged to the Credit Card.
EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Consumer cannot cancel the Purchase of services and / or Products in the following cases:
a) goods made to measure or personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or deteriorate rapidly;

WARRANTY

REFUNDS STATUS

PRODUCT DELIVERY
Once the payment has been verified by credit card, deliveries will be made as soon as possible starting from the date the merchant retrieves the goods. The rates for shipping goods to European Union countries are calculated automatically in the ordering process, but only concern products that are not subject to excise duties in the shipping countries (food, accessories, gifts, etc.). Delivery by the Courier is made during normal working hours, therefore it is necessary to indicate an address where someone is present who can receive the shipment and a telephone number to allow the courier and our Customer Service to contact the buyer.
In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice to indicate a new date and time for the next delivery attempt, or allow the collection of the package at the nearest courier’s office.
Pay the utmost attention in checking that the number of packages delivered by the courier is the same as those mentioned on our order document and on that of the carrier, also checking the physical condition of the packages.
