Song or short? How do you like it?
The people of pasta have always been divided into two categories: those who prefer long pasta and those who love short pasta. The only case in which the two bitter long and short groups converge is the seasoning; for example, if we have to eat good pasta at midnight with friends, garlic, oil and chilli are the condiments that obtain the unanimity of the votes … but in this case it is right to “drop the spaghetti” and everyone agrees; while, if we are to speak of amatriciana, there is no doubt that we must use good rigatoni.
