Wheat has always been the product of nature that has multiple meanings: a symbol of rebirth, a sign of hope and of the future. Since man exists he has been part of his life and nourishment. Dedicating yourself to this product means loving the land, our territories, taking care of them and making them always fertile and luxuriant. The preciousness of the product refers not only to what it represents, but also to how it is cultivated and processed: from careful control of the territory, from the sowing of wheat, to threshing up to milling. The “Saper Molire” is called white art and Tommaso has all the experience and all the love to be a true artist of the wheat, offering us the best flours. It has re-proposed the milling of ancient grains which, thanks to its careful grinding, maintains all the organoleptic properties of our wheat with its unmistakable aroma, bringing us back to ancient flavors and traditions.
