On 12 November 2020, the Technical Scientific Committee (CTS) of the Sicilian Academy of Pasta took office, through the first videoconference meeting.

The occasion was very important to allow all the members to get to know each other and share an ambitious path that will aim not only to enhance the Sicily brand of wheat and pasta, but also to be an authoritative voice, deepening and disseminating themes of interest in the food sector.

This represents a very important step for the association that aims to become more and more Sicilian reference in the agri-food sector, food education, haute cuisine, quality control, enhancement of local food products, culture and history of Sicilian cuisine, production and marketing.

The committee is made up of various professional figures who represent an important point of reference in their field of expertise. Thanks to this CTS, the Academy is enriched with knowledge, professionalism, skills to be capable, credible and authoritative interlocutor with all the actors of the Socio-Political life of our Sicilian land.
