We propose, in full, the article published today 09 September 2020 in the newspaper La Sicilia, in which our Sicilian Academy of Pasta has promoted a historic and decisive event for the economy of our Sicily: the proposal to establish the IGP for Sicilian durum wheat pasta.
We are proud and happy that our President Dr. Margherita Tomasello Terrasi is fighting for all of us Sicilians and to impose on the market historical and high-quality products such as Sicilian durum wheat and Sicilian Pasta, enhancing and protecting the production chain of the “Made in Sicily” Pasta product!
